Downtown Fremont Housing

We have been actively working on creating new downtown housing opportunities in Fremont, Nebraska for the last 4 years. Man has it been interesting, but 2018 brought a couple of amazing victories. First, we fished our first unit of upper level housing in downtown Fremont above the Ideal Gallery. This adaptive reuse project was challenging to say the least but in the end it turned out beautiful and taught us quite a bit about working on historic development in Fremont. Bonus, the social capital gains were amazing! Win number two, we picked up a couple of great clients in town this year and we are helping them to finish 3 separate properties over the next 18 months in downtown.

Project Parameters - 3 properties under renovation, 4-5 additional housing units in downtown by 2020, keep em affordable, make em nice, creating a new Downtown Neighborhood Resident Coalition.
